The exhibition is deeply personal to its creators. The time they spent filming in Stara Zburivka allowed them to become closely acquainted with the villagers, their daily lives, concerns and dreams. The war has devastated not only the creators’ own lives and homeland, but also the lives of everyone they came to know during the making of the film.
